Our pieces are hand-crafted with care in our Vancouver studio and usually require 14 days for production, but we know you sometimes need your pieces ASAP!
We stock a selection of items as ready to ship, which you can shop here.
If ordering items with standard production, a 7 or 3 day production rush is available; the rush add-on will apply to your entire order.
Once you've added rush production to your order, our team will be in touch to confirm your wear date, so that you can be 100% assured there is enough time for production and shipping.

RETURNS
We allow returns on all items, aside from custom designs, face masks, sale items, swatch cards, and rush production fees. To initiate a return, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and send your item(s) back within 14 days. All returned items must be in their original condition, with the original labels still attached. All returned veils are subject to a $15 re-stocking fee.
