Refund policy

RETURNS | We gladly accept returns and exchanges on ready to ship items. Items made to order are considered a final sale. The following items can't be returned or exchanged: face masks, custom or personalized orders or items on sale.

In order to initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All returned veils are subject to a $15 re-stocking fee.

CANCELLATIONS | We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
